Colleen Condon, PartnerColleen grew up on James Island, graduating from Bishop England and the College of Charleston, Class of 1992 Honors Program. After seven years working and consulting for Blackbaud (a local software company), she earned her law degree at the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill in 2002 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar the same year. Her legal career has focused on Family Court matters in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties. In 2007, she was certified as a Family Court mediator. As the mother of a teenager, she understands the importance of setting up a new family dynamic for children to thrive when separation and divorce are imminent. Colleen was honored to serve on Charleston County Council from 2005 to 2016, focusing on quality of life issues to assure Charleston remains a fabulous place to live. Colleen enjoys boating with her family and reads every mystery thriller as soon as it comes out. Among her zoo of pets are the office fish that remind her of scuba diving and relax her and hopefully all who visit our office. Lauren M. Edwards, Associate AttorneyLauren grew up in Southern Virginia and attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. After graduating, Lauren taught multiple grade levels in both Virginia and South Carolina. After nearly fifteen years in the classroom, Lauren attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, she served as the President of C.A.L.S, Child Advocacy Law Society, and was the managing editor of the Journal of Law & Education. She graduated in 2013 and was sworn in to the practice of law that November. Lauren works as both an attorney for our clients and a Guardian ad litem  for families represented by other attorneys.
